Mike from Mattock can, he is only 24. Get him in over the winter, great kick out and a top stop in the semi and final.

Stuart Reynolds is our best goalkeeper.

Did you not witness our diasasters against Dublin over the last couple of years in the championship, you say he's our best keeper not a chance how many balls did he kick oer the sideline or staight into the Dubs hands.

A keeper should not play outfield for their club, they should be a player who plays all their club football in goals.
I also believe that the same should go for every position. A defender should be a defender not a midfielder or forward made into a defender. Same goes with midfield and with the forwards. Just because a player is a good midfielder does not mean that he can play in any position.

D-Pats "a keeper should not play outfield for their clubs"

Stephen Cluxton plays outfield for his club, so your point has been proven wrong already.

As for Nash no chance, average keeper.
As for Nulty, The man looks like he hasnt trained in years

why is evryone down on snitchie all of a sudden. I would have thought that there were a lot more obvious problem areas for louth. Overall I feel that his performances have been better thab many of his colleagues. If you look back at last years games he had very poor cover in front of him and in the absence of Paddy Keenan poor midfields which resulted in continuous pressure in his area.

cluxton is overrated IMO he only gets the media coverage as he plays for dublin you tink he'd be well known if he played for kilkenny football team.he only played outfield for his club twice not consistantly.and please name county goalkeepers that play outfield for club i tink you'll not find many

Cluxton is the best keeper in the country. Its not just his shot stopping, his confidence under the high ball is good and his kick outs are pin-point (see all the ones he found Ryan with this year against us).
I'm not saying that Snitchy is a bad keeper, I'm just saying that if there are other good keepers out there like the ones from Mattock, Glyde, Blues or wherever, then lets have a look at them. End of..

I rate Cluxton as the best Gk in the country.

Did you rate John O Leary? Because he played his whole career with his club outfield.
