Good man CiarraiMick, some classy football players on both sides, i like the centre half back Clarke, good honest defender.

It was a very enjoyable game. Some lovely football played and top-class scores. Kerry had the better of the midfield battle in general, but Tyrone possessed the two the classiest forwards on the pitch. McElhom and McCullagh were excellent. Between Hogan Cups with Omagh and U20 titles, these young Tyrone lads are making winning a habit. On the Kerry side they look to have some excellent fielders. That bodes well for senior level given the importance of midfield under the new rules. The likes of Healy and Kirby look tailor-made for the modern game. Today was a repeat of last years All Ireland final with the margin of win for Tyrone was almost the same. Last year Tyrone should have won by a bigger margin today the 6 point margin was harsh on Kerry. Drax_the_destroyer (UK) - Posts: 494 - 11/05/2025 22:40:00 2608619 Link 0 |

Was waiting on someone to mention Tyrone winning their 3rd U20 All Ireland in 4 years but nothing. Well done Tyrone, played the game like seasoned players. Big shout to the Louth number 8 who has a big future in football and will star for Louth. Treble is still on for Tyrone if minor and senior can match this team. Yes massive well done to Tyrone, also good to see Louth doing well, all bodes well for the future for both counties at senior level too, I'd say Sam will be back in Tyrone before too long the way things are going, Surprised Tyrone hasn't it's own thread on here? suppose there aren't a lot of posters from Tryone.
