Yesterday was the 34th anniversary of Hillsborough and although my terrace going days are behind me unless tickets are hens teeth I have in the last 10 years been on the terrace a few times where I have felt they were dangerously full and also dangerously disorderly.
Having seen how this worked at a Spurs match I think it should be brought in for Croke Park, Thurles and a few other big grounds where terraces are routinely full to capacity.
It wouldn't cost an arm and a leg and all it is is putting a bit of order on the terraces.
