so much for "other sports"...a master plan was posted sometime ago with all the dates and times, now that is gone out the window in some cases...very hard work around something that allows changes when suits...a great idea of a league let me say..it would be an interesting concept at senior intercounty level but such is the microwaving of fixtures now it wouldnt be possible...

There was Counties like Kerry involved who wouldn't have been in the original concept of the competition.

Maybe scrap the U20 league altogether and have provincial U20s championship a group format instead of knock out.

I think it's great to give players a flavour of other counties that they rarely meet. Only 5 counties in Connacht and 6 in Munster so it can be a bit parochial as the same counties constantly play the same teams in the provencial championship.

Only 5 counties in Connacht and 6 in Munster so it can be a bit parochial as the same counties constantly play the same teams in the provencial championship."]I agree there is little to get excited about if its a pre run of provincial championship for each team, I like this open draw type thing throwing up unique clashes.. pity the senior isn't the same, Mayo and Galway each year and Cork and Kerry and Dublin and Meath and Donegal and Armagh are all abit stale type of fixtures now with all teams having multiple chances of progression etc.. different back in the day when these were one off clashes and lose was out..
