...... but, but..... don't tell me that even a little part of you won't miss your old friends - Leitrim, Carlow, Waterford. All four of us have been promoted relatively recently only to return to the familiar and safe environs of division 4. But fair enough, a change of scenery is beneficial every now and again. Anyway, can't wish you best of luck, as it would mean we lose. However at least one of this friendly foursome (either Leitrim or Wicklow) will be off on a little jolly for 2024. Interesting end to the division, local Derby will decide it all, sligo win and its fairly clear cut, Leitrim win and its calculator time, that's assuming there are no surprises in the laois or wicklow games, Leitrim have been the best team I've seen so far in the league but tend to not back up a good performance in the next game, so I'll go for sligo and wicklow promotion Barrowsider (Carlow) - Posts: 1406 - 22/03/2023 21:51:19 2465935 Link 0 |
Well done to Sligo & Wicklow! Laoisvillian (Laois) - Posts: 44 - 27/03/2023 09:24:38 2466976 Link 0 |
After 67 mins of the games yesterday it was Leitrim and Laois that were in pole position to get promoted. When the games were over it's a Crossmaglen double as the 2 Armagh management teams from Sligo and Wicklow get promoted. Can't get much tighter than that eoinog (Sligo) - Posts: 1317 - 27/03/2023 14:40:53 2467093 Link 0 |
