Hard to see how any neutral CCC member could look at the incident before league semi final and not sanction Tipperary player Tynan as well who everybody knows provoked the whole episode .

What exactly did Tynan do to warrant a suspension?

Go on Twitter and go onto Our game and you will see what he done. 4 sneaky hits. Will is suspended. So be it. But we will see at the end of the Inter County season who wins what. Thats all that matters.

1) Limerick
2) Kilkenny
3) Galway
4) Tipperary
5) Cork
6) Clare
7) Waterford
8) Wexford
9) Dublin
10) Antrim

Munster:
Limerick
Tipp
Cork

Leinster:
Kilkenny
Galway
Wexford

My feeling on munster is Waterford look in a bit of trouble and clare might just find it hard to get back to where they were last year although they've shown no hand whatsoever in the league . I think teams will target TK and shut him down

In Leinster i think kilkenny are moving in a very positive direction. Galway will be there again and for me Dublin are a year away."
I'll be biased completely and say that Wexford will qualify for the Leinster Final. I think Dublin and Kilkenny are weaker than last year and i think we are quietly coming in under the radar.

Bar Limerick i'd give us fair chance against anyone with a full panel.

Can't see anyone beating Limerick unless they beat themselves as i think teams are actually further away this year than last year.

Limerick 1/4 to win on Sunday which to me is a fair assessment given what we have seen to date and KK aren't at full strength yet and have chopped and changed more than anyone.
For me this easily looks like the strongest Limerick have been. People love to say it's the same team since 2018 but every one of those players are better than they were in 2018/2019 - by some distance. The worrying thing for the rest is that this year they seem to have developed a really strong panel. I think the hope for the rest was that you can't stay playing that same 17-18 players year in year out (in terms of starting roles anyway) but there's no question the strength of their panel is through the roof this year. Can't see how they'll be beaten and I think you'll actually see Kiely rotate this year to some degree.
The fear is most other counties are at a low enough place compared to where some have been in the past

Replying To Báireoir:  "Pretty succinct summary of the current state of affairs, although I have a hunch Clare might manage to squeeze into third in Munster (at whose expense I don't care to guess). Sadly Dublin don't look likely to progress, and they'd want to watch out for an ambush from Antrim too."
Belfast is going to be one they will need to be totally focused on. Antrim will rightly see it as best chance to put themselves among the contenders for the third spot ahead of ourselves.

A win there and Wexford at home would give us a fighting chance for that place. Agree though that Donoghue is probably not expecting great things this year, and doesn't have the wherewithall to anyway in terms of a strongest 20.

Impossible to call but I'll give this a go. I was very wrong last year. Rankings are based on how I feel they will be at the end of the year - not up to now or last season. Just my opinion!

1) Limerick
2) Kilkenny
3) Clare
4) Waterford
5) Galway
6) Tipp
7) Cork
8) Dublin
9) Wexford
10) Antrim
11) Westmeath

Munster:
Limerick
Clare
Waterford
- Hopefully go down to the last day again with all teams in with a chance.

Leinster:
Kilkenny
Galway
Dublin

AI series: Q finals Clare to beat Dublin and Waterford to beat Galway. Semi: KK to beat Clare and Lk to beat Waterford.

Nothing up to now says Clare and Waterford are up to much but too shrewd managers tell me otherwise. From a Tipp perspective, anything less than a semi final is not a success but seen enough in league semi to suggest this could be a real struggle this year albeit will be better than last year. I'm going for Dublin over Wexford based purely on management. Unfortunately I feel Lk will win the AI at their ease with similar results to KKs run in 2008

Provocation is the key word as I see what is going on now and obviously being coached. It is the easiest thing in the world to flash a red card at the retaliator. He is so obvious. It takes guts, skill, awareness, and a second referee on the pitch to deal with the provocation. Players are not being protected by the officials in charge or the rules as they stand so lash out.
