Now that county is over, time to get back into the club series, an amazing competition. There's been some amazing club teams down the years, Athenry, Sarsfields, Ballyhale (a few teams) Birr, the Cork clubs of the 70s. Personally my favorite and the one I rank the highest will be the Portumna team, just thought they had everything and the rivalry with Ballyhae probably brought interest in the club game probably not seen before or since.
