Declan's talents would probably be best served developing underage in Dublin. Anyhow, he seems to be concentrating on the ladies setup at the minute. Best of luck to Declan if it's true, I wouldn't have him down as management material but he'll have lots of help in fairness. A lot of the lads he worked with are gone but he still has a decent team to work with so who knows what 2023 will bring. The parish of Aughawillan will be delighted if one of their own gets the nod. How about Tyrone? Something not right in the camp - 7 players walked, and there is something behind that which is not being spoken about. Dooher was a brilliant ball player, and a top coach and motivator with a run-through-walls approach, but he is all toughness, like a Roy Keane, and I'd wonder about his soft skills / people skills.
