Who's gonna win it? What are your expectations for your team?

Hopefully we will win it! Hard to know what way it will pan out. With the Round Robin resuming and the Championship starting earlier different counties will likely put emphasis on different things in the league. Imagine most will use it to build their championship squads so some might not be trying too hard to win it out.

I agree. The managers/coaches will be trying out new players and tactics, fine-tuning before the Championship starts. That said, the players who take the field will be giving their all, trying to impress and at least keep their place on the panel.

Dublin a good bit off the top pace at the moment so I'd hope and maybe even expect that they'll have a cut off the league rather than look too much ahead.

Kenny has brought in a few interesting new faces like the Curries who did well last week and be interesting how the team does against Galway tomorrow.

Overall, I'd say Limerick are a bit in same mode as Dublin footballers at their peak. They are not going to be giving up anything handy and competition is fierce so I'd fancy them overall.

Hard to see past Limerick for this year's All Ireland. Other teams will go through the motions, and compete for 2nd place!

Spoken like a true Corkonian. Cork to take it all...no doubt about it.

Hard to see past Limerick for both the League and Championship tbh. But as Kilkenny showed in 2019 even the best can be caught the odd time.

Let's hope, because if Limerick have another monopoly like Kilkenny enjoyed, it will be negative for the game.

Rockies I am not sure about that. Limerick have lifted the bar and others will follow. I am sure if your beloved Cork were going for four in a row you would not think so. You probably like most Cork fans don't do begrudgary.

Limerick are so far ahead, it's hard to see any team closing the gap in near future. Even when Cork were going for 4 in a row in 1979, the competition was never far behind. Clare, Wexford , Galway and Kilkenny were strong back then! As of now, not one team appears a threat to Limerick!

The league will be a non event this year. Just shadow boxing for the main event. The bookies have already decided the outcome of this year's all Ireland! Face reality, folks... we are looking at a long period of Limerick dominance!

It will be a non event possibly as regards the championship which is Limerick's to lose you might say.

But it will be interesting competition in itself especially for teams that are looking maybe 2/3 years down the road and building for when Limerick might be more vulnerable.

Be interesting to see what Henry does with Galway. Looking forward to that tomorrow, Be big crowd in Parnell which in itself will be nice and hopefully we'll be back to near normal soon.

Was more optimistic about Galway when Joe Canning was playing. Cork had a terrific minor team last year, albeit under 17, and together with promising Under 20's teams will be a force in future. It is always good to have competition... monopolies are destructive!

A team raises the bar. The rest respond. The game gets better. Been happening for 90 years. Embrace these great times. Hurling has never been better.

Can't see it this year! Limerick way out ahead! Bookies are rarely wrong! Enjoy the year... it's Limerick all the way!

Boyle sports GAA. Outright all Ireland hurling winners odds. Limerick 8/15. Waterford/Galway 8/1. Cork 10/1. Looks like a one horse race...Limerick at a canter!

I love the way people saying it's limericks to lose..I said in earlier post that limerick travel to cork and ennis and these will be very hard games to win..I've also said I hope we keep going cos we have waited a long time for these great days..think of how different limerick would be if Nicky, seanie Finn or Cian picked up a long term injury??im hoping that maybe another 2 or 3 players will put their hands up and put serious pressure on the fellas already there..interesting to see two killmallock players involved tomorrow and I'd like to see Robbie Hanley and Aran Costello put hands up for serious consideration..

Have to agree on all accounts. If Limerick drop off 5% or 10% they will be beaten. They are grounded enough to know this. Even though they have blocked our path to a break through I admire them and grateful for what they have brought to the best sport in the world. No team is going out to be second best so Limerick will need to stay on their toes.

I don't agree. I think by September we will be looking at another Treaty win. The other teams will be looking at a big drop off in Limerick form, rather than raising the bar themselves. Reality is that Limerick have the year sewn up... They may lose a league game or two, but at the end of the year, everyone knows the league is irrelevant!

I don't think you have much to worry about . Limerick have a young team with plenty youngsters challenging for places. William Henn of Limerick was best player on field for UCC against Cork yesterday! I am a realist and agree with the bookies on their odds!
