And Carrick won the rest of their games fairly comfortably. Time will tell if that was an off day for Carrick. League form bodes nothing for Championship

Well what are are ment to base an opinion on who I think will win the championship if I can't use their performances in the league? Just pull it out of fresh air? Ok Drumhowan and Doohamlet final so

After the fixtures I have seen in the Monaghan championship so far I think there isn't much between the teams. I can see Cremartin winning the senior Drumhowan winning the intermiede and Eire og winning the junior.

Was at the Carrick Drumhowan game. Never seen a team better conditioned. Drumhowan got off to a bad start then went for it the second half got it back to 3 points then carrick slapped in 4 goals the last 10 minutes. It's Carrick's championship to lose. Runners all over the pitch. Good fowards with Stephan o Hanlon yet to return
