Blayney in my opinion wont make championship final, mile off it"
There's a few posters on here playing the joker. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is...

Clontibret are one of the best run clubs in the country, always punching way above their relative weight and always contributing great help to the county team.

From the intermediate games I've seen this year it is blaneys to lose. Harps very very lucky last night and a semi final team at best. Maybe it was first game out syndrome

Was stood behind the goal at the time. Hit the clones man in the face and completely changed direction and out for a goalkick, nearest harps player was a yard away from him. the clones player turned and went out the field for the kickout.

If you gave me 10/1 on Blaney going up I wouldn't put a cent on them. Keepers kick outs are poor, zero man markers that can handle the better forwards in the division,Take benny out of it and not many other scorers. Few good players but not near enough imo

What game were you watching? How were harps lucky? In anyway whatsoever they conceded two goals due to unforced errors made by their goalkeeper.. if anything they were very unlucky not to win they played all the football and clones were lucky to get a point.

Couldn't agree more and their minors celebrating a division 1 win. Last few weeks have been big for clontibret.

Replying To ScarnaMan1990:  "Senior championship round 2
Corduff vs truagh- going to go with my own club Truagh on this one corduff after a surprise defeat to clontibret will be all guns blazing for this affair but I believe we will get the job done.

Scotstown vs clontibret- going to go with the United parishes here as I just can't see them getting beat (as much as I'd love to see it) although clontibret is after a big win may carry a bit of momentum, but Scotstown will be well rested and ready for them.

Aughnamullen vs Iniskeen- fancy Iniskeen here after a big win against a terrible ballybay side don't think aughnamullen will be able to take the wind out of their sails.

Magheracloone vs Latton- going to go down the middle here and predict a draw 2 clubs only after big wins last weekend will be well prepared and ready for this affair.

Intermediate championship round 2
Gave my predictions above so will keep it short and sweet here:
Top 2 games be very close I think and bottom two will be comfortable enough for the away sides.
Blaney vs tyholland- Blaney
Clones vs harps- harps
Drumhowan vs carrick - Carrick
Toome vs Donaghmoyne - donaghmoyne

Junior championship round 2
Killeevan vs seans- Sean's to win comfortably enough here, believe McGuirk is carrying a bit of a knock after the defeat to currin but dont think it will make much of a difference killeevan nowhere near it against probably the poorest Scotstown team all year.

Emyvale vs Scotstown- last day out Scotstown ran them very close don't think it will be the same case this time out. Scotstown threw the kitchen sick at them in the semi, I think emyvale will have them well sussed out and will win by 3+

Blackhill vs rock- going to be tighter than a lot may think in my opinion. Rock ran them close in the league and were very unlucky to not get a result. Still think Blackhill will get the job done but it will be a tight affair.

Eire og vs Oram- going with Eire og here with a convincing win against aghabog can't see Oram getting a say in this whatsoever after losing to a rock team which had 12 players on the field at one stage."
No joy in corduff for my own club truagh sadly yesterday don't know what went on seemed like no Kelly on no one else stepped up.
Two well matched teams in Scotstown wasn't at the game personally if anyone was and has any more info.
Inniskeen job done as expected
Latton with a super win over magheracloone bit of a surprise to lose by so much
Blaney job done as expected
Harps unlucky to not beat clones two very bad mistakes and no big men around the middle when they were needed in crunch time
Carrick again expected
Donaghymoyne expected also garland kicking the lights out with a hattrick
Sean's job done as expected killeevan missing a few men I believe but think the result was inevitable.
Predicted emyvale to blow Scotstown out of the water as expected
Predicted rock and Blackhill to be a tight affair
Oram nowhere near it again that's their season over for sure now
Roll on next weekend for another packed weekend with some big games: looking forward to the United parishes coming up the road to truagh on Sunday!

Travelled down to Emyvale to watch their opener in the championship. Lot of people in this forum had it as a classic it wasn't... emyvale showed their class. United Parishes not at it again

You just weren't behind the goals… was kids behind the goals on the far end and that was it.

Whether u say or not I'm near sure freeman nailed it. Therefore it was a 45 and u are clearly wrong
