A single match was €10 if you purchased the ticket online. €15 on the gate.
A Semi - Final Double Header is €20 and can only be purchased online.
I reckon that is steep. That is Galway. Are we been robbed compared to other counties?

Our county championship is starting this weekend and all 8 games are part of double headers, it's €15 a ticket on line and €20 if you purchase your ticket on the day.

Would love to see weekend tickets brought in more, I know some counties did it before Covid but its a great oppurtunity to promote local GAA. €25/30 for a weekend ticket and go to as many games as you like over a weekend. It should really be about promoting the GAA, not making as much money as possible.

The Kilkenny Senior semi-finals double bill at Nowlan park last weekend was €15. Purchase tickets online or at various Centra and Supervalu stores around the county. Students and Pensioners could get a €5 rebate at the ground.

It's semi final weekend in Westmeath and usually it would be a double header and would be charged €15 on the gate.

However, due to COVID-19 Westmeath GAA have made the decision to not have a double header but to have one semi at 12PM and one semi at 3:30PM. If you want to watch both games you will have to buy two different tickets online at €10 and leave the ground after the 1st game and then gain entry again with the ticket for the 2nd game.

Sounds like yer county board are using Covid to squeeze another fiver out of yer loyal supporters although if you only wanted to see the first game you'd be happy enough.

Club games in Kilkenny are normally a fiver for the early group games, going to €10 for double headers and county SF's (which are usually double headers), €15 for finals (usually two finals on the day).

Very cheap considering.

County final last Sunday was €20 for adults,€15 for students and papa..not sure about under 16s..I do know there was a €2 charge for every child attending games since championship started,I've a huge problem with this..also all tickets in limerick have to be bought on line, nothing at the gate on the day..no more making mind up an hour before hand..also all games juinor, inter and senior up to semi finals at least were €10..I'd be in agreement of weekend tickets with say €25/€30 for any game you want to go to see over a weekend..I'm looking forward to hearing about gate receipts in limerick for this year because I'd expect them to be way up due to tickets having to be bought online..

€20 for our intermediate county final last Sunday and the senior final this Sunday. The Junior A final which is between two B Teams the charge is 15€

All three finals has no discount for students and OAPs our county board must be the only ones doing that?

Our bandits up here are doing it also. 2 weeks ago they were charging €12 into a double header reserve game. Last week €15 into senior semi with a reserve game. No concessions for students. Will most likely have to go to credit union to attend county final.

Way too dear especially when you consider you can sit at home with the feet up, avoid the drive to Salthill and get the 2 games online for €10! Also who decided to change the u16s free admission to u14 this year, that's more of it!

Both Duhallow (North West Cork) junior Hurling and Football finals where both €10, I'd imagine the higher the level the more expensive it gets, but maybe I'm wrong
