Well done to Sam , Leinster Senior Champion, Senior Club Champion and All star, some haul to win.

Fair play to him, and to the other 2 lads who were nominated.

An elite band of 3 All stars in County Louth now.

Our Intermediate Champions face Hunterstown Rovers this weekend; how do the people in Louth see this one panning out? Two good wins so far. Would they be fancied to potentially win Leinster?

Louth clubs have done well at the intermediate grade in Leinster previously with Mattock Rangers (2019), Seán O'Mahonys (2014), Geraldines (2013), Dundalk Gaels (2003) all winning titles.

Hunterstown are a very good team.

Hunterstown going well this year. Hope Ryan Burns gets another medal after missing out on an All-Star.

Not too much travelling there . Newbridge is like a home venue after all our visits last year while Croker is close to home. Strange we have to go to Breffni two years in a row. Hope we can get 10 points in the Spring.

Bevan Duffy hangs up his intercounty boots, over 100 games for Louth, fair play to him ,a great bit of stuff he was for us .

Great to see him leave with a Leinster championship medal , so many of our past players deserved one but never happened.

Good luck Bevan. Great you have that Leinster medal.
Just to mention five of the men who deserved one but missed out - Paddy Keenan, Leslie Toal, Liam Leech, Benny Gaughran and Stephen Melia. I'm sure Ollie has a great list.

Lennon Cup Final Wednesday night in Collon at 7. Ardee CS vs The Joe's Drogheda. Who would be the main men to look out for here? Does Ardee's domination of this competition continue?

Andy McDonnell now joining Bevan in deciding to retire, again. What a brilliant decision he made to come back and ended up winning the Leinster medal he should have got when he was only a teenager.

Under-21 comp now down to the last Four. Anyone going to these matches maybe pick an outright winner?

Ardee would be expected to win i would think. Very strong down the middle with two Syddan men one in midfield and full forward and a few Louth under 20 and some minors
