If there was any honour then the Delaney cup would be handed over and Meath stood down lol

Replying To Ollie2:  "Another stat that will blow your mind is for the first time ever Louth, Meath, Dublin and Kildare all reach the semi-finals for the first time ever in the same season. History is there to be made."
Well done for creating a little bit of history today. 3rd Leinster final in a row and hopefully 3rd time lucky, you owe Meath one for 2010 anyway.

Well done to our boys on making a third Leinster final in a row, here's hoping wee are saving our best performance for it in finally bringing it home because lord we deserve it.

Serious credit goes to Ger Brennan. After Micky H departure, there were questions on whether Louth could keep it going (outside the county anyway).

Great win for the Wee County yesterday. I did not see Meath beating Dublin so it's gonna be some Leinster final. The banter around south Louth along the Meath border is gonna be unreal. Roll on the battle of the Boyne.

Absolutely, although there is no doubt that Harte set the tone for Louth's progress.

Looking at the odds for the Leinster Final - the 2 teams cant be separated by any of the bookies.

Hopefully it will live up the the hype it is sure to generate over the next 2 weeks.

That was great, getting into the habit of winning these tight games. Dara nearly had the icing on the cake at the end. Well done to All the Louth players. Sam was my MOTM. We really have a good team with at least 5 really strong leaders, not a bad place to be. So we face the auld enemy MEAD in the final, that's the final everyone wanted. They had their day in the country against the Dubs but we own Croker and know how to beat them . Bring it on. An Lu Abu....DO IT!

I thought at one stage in the second half yesterday our goose was cooked, could only see Kildare winning it , but it shows the fight and " know how " in the Louth team to grind out the result, Tommy Durnin's 2 pointer, what a score, you will do well to see a better one for the entire championship.

I intend to have my head down and my mouth shut for the next 2 weeks, with the battle of the boyne anything liable to happen.

It really would be such a moment for everyone who has followed Louth through thick and thin to win it , but if there ever there is a dangerous animal on a football pitch, it is Meath , we know it all too well through the years and fair play to them against Dublin , they kicked some fine scores and every man stood up and was counted.

On the subject of the under 20 switch to Newbridge, anyone know the reason why ?

I was planning to head to Parnell park , but getting to Newbridge with work commitments wont happen now, i am sure plenty others in same boat.

Awful pity it cant be a double header Leinster final day, but i understand the fixtures are all done a long time ago.

The very best of luck to Louth in the Leinster Final. Meath will be playing the underdog for all its worth no doubt. Ye have been on a consistent upward curve fr a number of years, but for the Royals tradition will be a big thing. Anyways, most in Carlow will be rooting for ye, it would be brilliant to see a fresh 'breakthrough' side win the provincial title, it would do wonders for the game.

Fenton is a major loss for Dublin. Such a wonderful player and understandably very difficult to replace. I'm sure had he been in midfield on Sunday Dublin would have won. Thought it strange the rte gave Meath a game plan on the Sunday Game but anyways hopefully we seize the prize. Would do wonders for the game in the county
