I'm hearing Clonguish are really struggling to get a new manager in place. Spinx (Longford) - Posts: 1456 - 20/11/2025 10:13:32 2645393 Link 0 |

Stephen Coy linked heavily with the Granard job, but Tang also want to hold on to him for next year. Spinx (Longford) - Posts: 1456 - 20/11/2025 10:17:10 2645394 Link 0 |

Coy is only been linked to Granard from what I heard from a lad over in Tubberclair. The same is been said about Foley, just linked. I haven't heard anything about Foley, but there could be something in it. The lad I was talking to though said Tang want Coy for another year. They are hopeful he will stay. When you say it wasn't on the individuals side what does that say about Clonguish? If Granard could get themselves a manager like Stephen Coy they would be back pushing for a semi final place again. This year did not reflect what they are really like in my opinion. So at the moment it looks like Clonguish, Granard, Fr Manning Gaels, Cashel, Kenagh, Grattans Sean Connollys and Ballymore with nobody confirmed. Very good work from Dromard to get Niall Vance in, Joe Hagan will be home for next season and Ronan McEntire played in the junior B final, if the two of them are back playing I'd have Dromard right up there again to be challenging. Well, when I say it wasn't on the individual, what I meant was the club didn't move fast enough. This lad has taken a role elsewhere before Clonguish got the deal signed. Spinx (Longford) - Posts: 1456 - 20/11/2025 14:46:03 2645431 Link 0 |
