All you moaners about the underage structures in Leitrim should crawl back under the stones you came from following our U16 team making it to the Fr. manning Cup Final. Both the U16 & U15 teams are coached by people who have high level Coaching Badges. Leitrim play Longford in the Final in August while the U15 are in the Semi Final of the Humphrey Kelleher Cup probably against Fermanagh next week. No mention of it in the Mohill notes, which are usually very detailed, and sometimes critical of other clubs/Leitrim GAA -- most recently some clubs choosing not to field/release players for the Thursday night u20 matches. I see the second team plays this evening needing a win to secure their final place, while the third team plays tomorrow, joint first in the table with 2 games to go. Creidim... Slightly off topic but looking at the results on Leitrim GAA website, there seems to be a disproportionate amount of game's WO/SCR at reserve but more worryingly at U 20 level. Leitrim topped this group and played Wicklow who were second to Wexford in Group 2.The other teams in that group were Carlow and Waterford.
