The two north county sides with away fixtures in the semi-finals. I think in Gorey's case it's their third away trip in a row, all well beyond Oylegate too. They will certainly have to do it the hard way if they are to go on to win it. Kilanerin are a coming team with the minors coming through, but the majority of their spine are older lads who have played under-20 county before. So they will provide St.Martin's their biggest test yet, but still expect Martin's to prevail. As a bit of an aside, anybody know why Our Lady's Island/St Fintan's are allowed to compete under that name, when every other amalgamated side has to come up with some sort of hybrid name? e.g. Wexford Gaels instead of Vols/St. Joseph's, Hollow Rovers instead of Duffry Rovers/Marshalstown, Moguegeen Gaels instead of Fethard/Clongeen, etc.? They really seem to have their houses in order though in terms of equality between both clubs. I always thought Kilanerin/Tara Rocks went under the banner of Ballynastragh Gaels up to under-20 as well. They certainly did a few years ago anyway.
