Yeah he'll definitely be with the u20s I'd imagine, still underage there for 2 more years not sure if he'll join the seniors yet, I think he's still in good counsel.

What's giving you hope they'll be good next year? I don't know much about them TBH.

Just looking at the paper for under 20 football, Hughes from kilnaerin and Waters from martins scoring heavy, surely on David Murphys radar, Lockerroomboy (Wexford) - Posts: 431 - 07/12/2021 10:12:18 2391946 Link 0 |
The two north county sides with away fixtures in the semi-finals. I think in Gorey's case it's their third away trip in a row, all well beyond Oylegate too. They will certainly have to do it the hard way if they are to go on to win it. beano (Wexford) - Posts: 1409 - 07/12/2021 10:35:09 2391949 Link 0 |

Gorey will be far too good for the fintans, kilnaerin v st martins too close to call, Gorey will win final either way Lockerroomboy (Wexford) - Posts: 431 - 07/12/2021 13:25:39 2391986 Link 0 |

As a bit of an aside, anybody know why Our Lady's Island/St Fintan's are allowed to compete under that name, when every other amalgamated side has to come up with some sort of hybrid name? Pikeman96 (Wexford) - Posts: 2226 - 07/12/2021 16:25:02 2392009 Link 0 |
fintins were a great football club, the roots would be there

If ever there was a combination primed for full-time amalgamation it's those two. They really seem to have their houses in order though in terms of equality between both clubs. I always thought Kilanerin/Tara Rocks went under the banner of Ballynastragh Gaels up to under-20 as well. They certainly did a few years ago anyway. Have Kilanerin subsumed the name entirely now? beano (Wexford) - Posts: 1409 - 07/12/2021 18:08:10 2392022 Link 0 |
Half their minor team, Gorey will hammer them
