Trivia Question Help

Was forwarded a question this evening from my friend that no-one within our GAA trivia circle could figure out. Assuming there is a genuine answer to it of course. It was a match programme of fifteen players that all have something in common. It may be doing the rounds. The team is: Diarmuid Murphy (Kerry) Ryan McMenamin (Tyrone) Tony Scullion (Derry) Tom O'Sullivan (Kerry) Lee Keegan (Mayo) Conor Gormley (Tyrone) Philip Jordan (Tyrone) Brian Fenton (Dublin) John McDermott (Meath) Kevin McMenamon (Dublin) Martin McHugh (Donegal) Johnny Doyle (Kildare) Bernard Brogan (Dublin) Eoin Liston (Kerry) Conor McManus (Monaghan) I immediately thought that none of them had played minor for their counties, but have been told that Jordan won an AI in that grade, and possibly O'Sullivan too.
