How many in Dublin are soccer oriented yet it's the capital city of GAA? Matches delayed in the past so to facilitate Dublin supporters to watch the end of soccer games in pubs.

Well I can't recall you going on a rant about funding PUC.
I don't thing you are familiar with how capital projects are funded , Tyrone or Leitrim for that matter would not be asked to contribute for a project in Belfast.

A pet project to improve participation in Belfast isn't a 'capital' project. And anyhow you'd expect Antrim & Ulster to fund that. And particularly when it appears that Antrim aren't been asked to stump up any cash for Casement Park.

Nonsense. Only supporters ive seen in Croke Park with soccer jerseys were Ulster.

Read my post again, where did I write about anyone wearing soccer jerseys? Soccer orientated supporters yes.

If a Dublin match was delayed because people were watching a soccer match. - which never happened so up to you to produce proof- surely there would have been lots of soccer jerseys on Hill?

Never seen any Dublin supporters wearing one. Have seen a fair few Scottish soccer jerseys on Ulster lads.

Casement will be developed into one of the better grounds in Ulster in terms of facilities, even if 20,000 or 25,000, its better than a lot of other top grounds in Ulster. It just can't provide the type of capacity needed in Ulster.

If Clones was given a major facelift, like a revamped Gerry Arthur and Pat McGrane stands, better toilet facilities etc, it would be easily capable of hosting 40,000 fans.
