Sean Kinsella is his name from Carnew Wicklowmick. Think Clive or Alan Horan have been Annacurra's best players this year and their best tips for intermediate. Senior will be Earls or Furlong maybe. Not sure about junior a havent seen any matches. Junior B i'd tip conor kenny from tinahely. In hurling i'd tip Don Hyland or Bosco with the snell lad from glenealy getting intermediate. Minor footballer will be siney retainig his title with the young forward from bray winning minor hurling.. but its not for another few months so could all change.

I just hope its awarded to someone who merits it. Quite often the county board give it players who have just performed well for the county earlier in the year. This is definitely the case with the senior awards last year. Stafford and Hyland won it respectfully but to say they were the best players in the Club Championship was a major oversight from the judges. I would'nt begrudge Hyland it this year judging on form so far. With regard to the football I think Daly and Seanie Furlong from Kiltegan have a shout while Earls and Slattery from Pat's are'nt far away either.

Wicklowmick i didnt mean that these were certain to get it i just picked a few players from teams in the semi final that i have seen play and impressed me i agree with seanie kinsella as a contender but it will be the crunch games where the real players of the year will be seen. There are a host of good players that i have left out its my your opinion and u are entitled 2urs. Instead of knockin my picks just come up with your own will ya and stop being such a crank

Senior-I think it has to go to Paul Earls over the last few months this guy has played fantastic hes been the real difference between winning and losing some games

Intermediate-Darren Hayden of eire og has had another great season, perhaps didnt score enought but work rate and pure panic he causes means hes in with a shout.

Junior A - John Paul Kelly and Adam Merriman of Newcastle have had great seasons for Newcastle

Senior footballer of the year has to be Paul Earls. Quite sensational performances in the last two games and cant see Kiltegan stopping him either! Hope they can continue this form into the Leinster Championship too! Anyone know where Vinnie Paul has been this year? He always held an opinion on each topic last year and funny enough was never too far wrong!

im not a ref im just aware of your pro rathnew and glenealy comments, you are very negative about west teams because of your club links, and with respect to glynn i didnt see an all star against kiltegan, he should of been sent off and should of been sent off against pats, fair play to pats i hope they win next week

Clive Horan was unreal today... Kicked an amazing score just in from the endline. 9 points and deadly accurate from frees.

fan of reality i am no more pro Rathnew,Glenealy teams than i am anti West teams and would have no links with any of them if you check back over the message board where have i been pro Rathnew,Glenealy or anti West i have some very good friends in West Wicklow, are you upset because i expressed an opinion that Balto were a mediocre team last year who were lucky to win a Championship I think Baltos performances this year proved that, they did,nt get past quarter finals and did Hollywood not beat them by 7 points in the League last week.I dont remember being any more critical of West teams than i have been of teams anywhere in the County. And for the record i would love to see Kiltegan win on Sunday and thats not being anti St.Pats i think they are the best team to come out of the West in the last 6 or 7 years and are unlucky not to have won at least 1 Championship so i think they deserve one,but no matter who wins i will be supporting them in the Leinster Championship as i have always done.

Its a bit unfair to Clive Horan when you said Shane Doyle had him in his pocket. First of all there was no ball kicked into him and when he got the ball he was crowded out of it by his own players along with the Carnew players. I saw the game and on the day Annacurra were outplaying Carnew and i cant pick 1 Carnew player ahead of an Annacurra man!!!
