lynch is defo out that's from the horses mouth, IMO Dreadnots to win they have a good mixture of youth and experienced.Last year they allowed themselves to be bullied in the final and for that reason they will have more hunger. am33 (Louth) - Posts: 167 - 01/10/2008 19:20:19 112210 Link 0 |

lynch def out was talking to him yesterday, serious injury- what a pity as he should have been one of dreadnots main players on sunday, very hard to see dradnots overcoming this hurdle so i will have to go with na piarsaigh by 4 points on sunday! louthandproud (Louth) - Posts: 40 - 02/10/2008 09:28:41 112399 Link 0 |

The John Garvey rumour is true, the man who shakes the earth with his challenges is to make a comeback for the final Gammonsteak (Louth) - Posts: 16 - 03/10/2008 11:39:41 113209 Link 0 |

Jimmymac, if you know John Garvey is not playing then you would know who the Pin Byrne is! BlackandAmber (Louth) - Posts: 11 - 03/10/2008 12:34:30 113262 Link 0 |

Enough of this tripe about who is playing and who isn't. We'll all see on Sunday who is telling the truth. Hogan1 (Louth) - Posts: 12 - 03/10/2008 15:01:08 113387 Link 0 |

Dreadnots deserved it on the day..na piarsaigh will wonder what could have been had they their best players at their disposal Gammonsteak (Louth) - Posts: 16 - 06/10/2008 09:01:03 114004 Link 0 |

Well done to Dreadnots. 1 point victory - so decent prediction. Na pairsaigh will come good yet - nerves may have got the better of them. Think they might win it next year. kudos (Louth) - Posts: 299 - 06/10/2008 12:14:10 114154 Link 0 |

Gammonsteak, what do you mean "na piarsaigh will wonder what could have been had they their best players at their disposal". They had their full panel available yesterday. I think nerves got the better of a good few of them. and if the game had of went on another minute or two they could well have got an equaliser. great game of football two very evenly matched teams i just felt dreadnots had that extra little bit of experience when it mattered and their big players played well when they nedded them second half was as good a game a fotball as i have seen in a long time, some great young players on show on both teams, maybe some may be involved with louth u21 or seniors this year louthandproud (Louth) - Posts: 40 - 06/10/2008 19:56:38 114501 Link 0 |

A good win for the dreadnots, they have a squad capable of staying in the senior championship and could suprise a few people next season. Is it just me or is the inter championship more exciting than the senior championship at times, so many evenly matched teams. G-Man (Louth) - Posts: 35 - 06/10/2008 21:24:34 114535 Link 0 |

thought sundays game was great for all of us neutralsl. good scores played at a good pace and result in doubt until the final whistle. In fairneness all of the finals have been well contested this year and I have no doubt that sundays replay of the junior will eb another cliff hanger. So well done to all of the teams who have contested each of the finals, blueboy (Louth) - Posts: 331 - 07/10/2008 14:24:08 114897 Link 0 |
