You seem very dispirited cuttothebone.
If everyone felt you in Kildare we wouldn't have won an All Ireland last year. Our underage success in the last 10 years can potentially drive us forward to be genuine Leinster contenders, the same as Meath or Westmeath, Laois or Offaly.
Dublin are not invincible they will lose in Leinster sooner than you think.
Chin up com' on the lilies."
Yeah but you have to be honest and see how deluded so many kildare fans are, we havnt won a leinster senior in 19 years nor do we look like winning won anytime soon. We are as far behind Dublin as any other team is in leinster.
That said I hope the u20 win last year can inspire more interest in under age and bring further success which hopefully will act as a spring board to senior success in time, I won't hold my breath though.

Replying To Royal.Legend:  "Why's it a farce ?, can't wait for this weekend of leinster championship fixtures myself should be three close games and dublin are starting there drive for five, there league games were a bit patchy it be interesting to See what shape there in now,

Meath v Carlow tight game but going to let my heart rule as per usual and predict meath to win by 3 plus.

Westmeath v laois tough one to call but I just think laois to shade it, There a hard team to beat in championship football always have been.

Dublin v louth dublin to win but not by as much as people think.

Kildare v longford going to go for kildare by 2 but wouldn't shock me if longford turn them over."
Why is it a farce?? Are you for real? Open those eyes mate..
Do you not think it a farce when..
..A generation in Kildare (1989)and Meath, Laois too probably has passed since Dublin last played either at home in LFC?
..A generation has passed since Kildare last played any team at home in the LFC? (1995)
..The money you and me spend on tickets following our teams a fraction will go back to the our counties while the rest is pocketed by Leinster council (AKA Dublin GAA)?
..That by following your team you are actually supporting Dublin GAA?
..That while money is being sucked out of our counties to fund our county teams in this farce of a competition Dublin GAA do not need to (and don't) fund raise one cent?
..That your and my hard earned tax payers cash is being used through gov funding to support financially doped Dublin GAA despite getting multi millions more than the rest of Leinster combined in sponsorship?
Do you need me to go on?
Dublin in Leinster is like Man City in the league of ireland except in this case Man city don't have to play any away games!!
An absolute shambolic farce of a competition.

Laois have a very active forum on gaaboard.com

Offaly also have their own forum but on a separate site; again very active.

Replying To Htaem:  "What's the story with parking around O'Moore park?"
Nice bit of parking to be honest, paid parking in the centre of excellence next door and a free multi story car park beneath Parkside, but it fills up fast - people end up parking on the road down towards the M7 junction & Midway Hotel.

My advice is park in the town centre (there is also a few industrial estates within distance) and walk up to the ground. It's not far. There is a public walkway behind the Laois Co Co building which is quiet fast to the ground - if you decide to park around Lidl/Aldi in the town centre.

Enjoy Everyone, & safe trip!

Man City aren't in the League of Ireland. What point were you not making about them?

No actually played below par today. Still not as good as they were in league, but very much improved from Offaly game.
