I've heard that Breffni might have the work finished in it, would be perfect venue i'd have thought if it's ready to go. Can't think of any other venues that might work? Clones? I would have liked to have seen both teams in the super 8's but as it is it will be an intriguing contest, Kildare are on a high and will have a spring in their step and I think they will have too much for Fermanagh, but it will be hard fought. Will be a good physical game. Cant see Fermanagh going toe to toe against us so we will be looking for the likes of paul cribbin to drop them in from range. Id say Kildare will win tho. Kildare really struggled against Carlow and Fermanagh would have a similar playing style. Kildare should be on a roll now but Fermanagh could frustrate them, really intriguing game. The other way to look at it is, our defence gives you a chance to score but Fermanagh don't look to break forward too much, so will they be brave enough to come out and take advantage of us? O'Connor had a complete nightmare of a game v carlow. Luckily Neil flynn is flying at the moment. Kildare are big and athletic, but maybe lack the silky passing of other sides. Against Mayo it was fine, as Mayo tend to play a more open style, but Fermanagh are a formidable defensive outfit, which Donegal struggled with for long periods in the Ulster final.
