There are five changes in the starting line up that got beaten by Mayo. P.hamsey all ireland winner for U21's 2015, has come in to replace J.McMahon in the half backs.Keiran McGeary another U21 all ireland winner has solidified his position in the starting line up along side David Mulgrew who is a scoring machine. Out of favour players McCurry and Oneill cant make the team as well as C.McShane or R.Mcnabb all of which helped Tyrone win Ulster last year, theses guys all demoted to the sideline.

Dont be judging Tyrone this year based on previous championships, this is a whole new animal.

I expected all semi-final matches to be close although I thought Mayo might beat Kerry which they did. I expect Dublin/Tyrone to be close with Tyrone winning.

as a senior physio therapist with the southern health trust based in Craigavon I've had the misfortune to need the services of enda McGinley, and listening to him analysing games or in his irish news column he is as thorough with these as he is when explaining your treatment, how your injury occurred and the reason it happened and also what preventative measures to take along with the treatment for recuperation and prevention of same and also what is likely to happen if you don't adhere to the advice based on sound medical practice and a gentleman to boot

Earlier on this topic I picked A mayo Tyrone final. One half of the act eventually got there this evening. I expect Tyrone to get there tomorrow evening by 2.

Tyrone will have to do more than test this Dublin team I think defensively they are one of the best if not the best around - going forward is going to be their problem. Whoever wins and I can't predict this at all, it will be a tight game up to a point, there will be a winner and that winner will beat Mayo.

You're right. Tyrone will have to outscore an excellent Dublin team and that will be very difficult. Most of these Dubs are battle hardened now and know how to close these games out. It will take some Tyrone performance to win it BUT people wrote Donegal off against the Dubs.....and the rest is history. If there's a manager and team I would never write off its Mickey Harte and Tyrone. I just think Dublin have the better all round squad, bench and forwards. Dublin by 4 - 6.

Final thoughts before I get some sleep before the big game tomorrow.

I cant wait. I really cant. I think this is going to be absolutely immense. Its going to be red hot and i dont think many people can predict with absolute certainty just what will happen in the game, or who will come out on top. It is going to be mad, it is going to be hectic. Its going to be bananas and both teams are going to go to war and leave absolutely nothing out there.

Everyone is going on this week about the big fight in Las Vegas in the early hours involving Conor McGregor, and although there will be a much bigger audience all over the world tuning into that, One of the biggest attended sporting events this weekend will be Dublin v Tyrone, in an amature sport that little oul Ireland has produced, A sport that most people around the globe know nothing about, both these teams will be battling it our for a place in the All Ireland final against Mayo. How amazing is it that a sport hidden away from most of the world, in a country with a population of 6-7 million can attract a crowd of almost 83,000 patrons into a world class facility like Croke Park for 70 minutes of unpredictable madness ?

This country has not got alot going for it at the minute. Every day you turn on the news and hear about deaths and drugs and homelessness and poxy politicians, Even the much maligned GAA get stick the vast majority of the time, some of it justified and some of it not so. But jesus christ its one hell of an organisation and each and every member of the GAA should be so proud of occasions like tomorrow. Its uniquely Irish. When the Artane band stand and the boys in blue and redhands line up arm in arm tomorrow, and amhrann na bhfiann is belted out proudly, There wont be a moment like it anywhere on the planet.

On the game itself, As a Dublin fan. I want Dublin to win so much, winning doesnt make the hunger disappear, it doesnt quench the thirst for more. This group of fellas irrespective of what happens tomorrow are heroes one and all. From both teams, but as a Dub, Id give anything to see them get to another final against a cracking Mayo team, But they owe us nothing. There is zero pressure on us, They do us proud every time they put on that jersey and win, lose or draw tomorrow they will do us proud again, But in the famous words of Kevin Keegan, I would LOVE IT if we beat them, LOVE IT!!

Safe travels to the Tyrone lads coming down tomorrow. Derry and Roscommon fans making the trip too.

Be proud of what tomorrow has to offer, but above all, COME ON YOU BOYS IN BLUE

I wholly expect Dublin to win. Put simply they are a better team than Tyrone. Arguably the best panel of players ever assembled, 1 defeat in 40 or so league and championship games bears this out. However, sometimes tactics win over talent and if Tyrone can close up shop defesively and maintain their discipline then it's possible they could win. But Dublin are transformed since the 2014 Donegal defeat. They have seen and overcome every strategy. I expect Dublin to win but perhaps narrowly. Best of luck to both teams. This is what it's all about. This is why we love the sport and FTBs. Dubs for Sam.

It's a very good Dublin side but the massive GAA financial input has put you in a very strong position to the detriment of others. Looking forward to the battle of wits that is Jim Gavin v Mickey Harte. It will be intriguing.

The game is gonna be tough and very close - a dogged affair for the most part I suspect but hopefully we can get in front and stay there. Any sort of a Tyrone lead could make for a long day for the Dubs.

If Dublin are beaten by Tyrone today, no offence to them, but I then hope Mayo go on and finish the job this year

But hopefully Dublin's attacking threat will prove too much for Tyrone today, and the Dubs will make the AI Final.

Oh dear UM. You're wide of the mark there. I said 'arguably' the best panel. Their silverware haul bears that out and I think all fairminded neutrals would think likewise. I didn't say that Tyrone were not talentet but Dublin are more talented. This is not arrogance it's an opinion. I'm sure most Tyrone posters would agree. But tactics can neutralise talent, Donegal proved this in 2014 when they got it right. Tyrone could win this but I would expect Dublin to based on form and the talent in their panel. I see you're down with the finance whinge again. 15 v 15. Money doesn't make good bootballers, hard work does.

I predict this match will be no classic. It will be a cagey, niggly affair with the Dubs going side to side in front of a well marshalled 'blanket'. Dublin will not want to take the ball into contact. THe game might open up if Dublin establish a lead. Goals will be crucial. I reckon neither team will score more than 15 points. There will be cards aplenty. Dubs by 1 or 2 points. . . .I hope.

Tactics can neutralise talent... Only part of the story, there was an awful lot of talent in that Donegal team, overlooked so easily in the repetitive narratives about both teams. Dublin were fantastic in terms of talent but so were Donegal.
