St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh
Congratulations to our Under 15 Footballers on capturing the B Championship Title after defeating Naomh Barrog in the final in O'Toole Park this Sunday.
Well done to the lads & the management team of Ken O'Doherty, Cormac Wals & Ollie Brogan.
Commiserations to our Under 13, Under 15 & Under 16 Camogie, all of whom were defeated in their respective Championship Finals.
Thanks to all those who came out to support our teams in their Championship Finals this weekend.

There was no winner of the Jackpot this week- numbers drawn this week were 5, 14 & 19. The Jackpot is now Ǩ1,100.
There was disappointment for our U12 girls who were beaten in the Division 1 Shield Final by O'Tooles 1-7 to 1-4 in a tough and spirited game on Sunday.
Our Senior Footballers also saw disappointment going down by six points in the AFL2 match against neighbours Kilmacud Crokes.
There were however some good results around the club at the weekend with our U10 girls defeating Crokes over two games and our U13 footballers winning comprehensively away to St Sylvester's.
Our Senior Hurlers are playing their semi-final of the SHB Championship this coming Saturday afternoon in O'Toole Park at 3.00pm against St Brigids. Please come and give your support if you can - it will be much appreciated by the team and its mentors.
Well done to the juvenile boys & girls who along with the Minors raised Ǩ2,500 bag packing in Dunnes over the weekend. This is a great start to our fundraising drive for training lights.

A reminder that the Halloween Fancy Dress party is on 31st October and the Club Dinner Dance is on 21st November.

Our U11B hurlers and U14 footballers drew. Fingallians Parents Committee have organised an '80's Disco on Saturday 7th November from 8 'til late in aid of the Club Development Fund. Tickets are just Ä10& a free drink voucher will be given to all those arriving in fancy dress! Tickets are availableat the bar. Over '18's.

Thanks to all members and non members who supported the table quiz last Friday in the Paddocks. This was organised by our hurlers. Special thanks to Finbarr & Damien from the hurlers who put in so much effort to make this a huge success. Our juvenile section would like to invite any boys and girls from Junior & Senior Infants and First & Second Classes to our Halloween Camp 2009. Children will receive expert coaching in Football in a fun and safe environment. All children are welcome even if have never played before. Details are as follows - Tuesday 27th October to Friday 30th October. Times are as follows - 10.00am to 2:00pm each day. Ladies Inters play Garda on Wed p35, with the winner promoted to Div 1, all support welcome. Junior C Footballers finished their great season with a fine performance to beat Rosmini (3-14,1-4). Bomber Lynch and Colm McCabe gave outstanding performances for the Super 12's. Junior B's produced an excellent team performance to beat an under strength Clan Na Gael (3-17,0-2) and remain in the hunt for promotion. Minor Footballers play Erin Isle away on Sun in the Championship semi-final. U16 Footballers had a good league win over Ballinteer, best were Ryan Latin, Mattias McDonagh, Niall Carrol, Mark Hughes. Tyrrelstown
Training continues every Saturday at 10am at the Belgree pitch in Tyrrelstown. There is also training for all our underage teams (Under 8's and Under 9's) every Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Senior training continues at 7.00pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown. New Members are always welcome. If you have a friend at Work, College or School, bring them along and let them experience the fun and excellent spirit that is Tyrrelstown GAA.
