O'Dwyers
New Manager in place for AFL3 Team. If you are interested in joining this team, the first session under new management will take place Tuesday 10th March. Best of luck to the Inter team for 2009 in their new grading.
Well done to the Junior Footballers who played great match against St. Monica's on Sunday. Final Score O'Dwyers 4-11 St. Monica's 3-03. Hard luck to the Minor team on their defeat on Sunday.

Clontarf
Adult Hurlers defeated Kilmacud Crokes in their 1st outing of the season (0-11,2-11). Best for Clontarf were Eoin Cronin, John Devine, Ciaran Johnson. Seniors lost to Brigids in the cup, despite a great display from John O'Halloran. Junior B's had a hard fought win against Erin Go Bragh in the Murphy Cup. U13 Hurlers had a fantastic draw away to Castleknock in their 1st league game.U12 A and B teams both had hard fought wins against Naomh Mearnog. Best wishes to Stephen Quigley for a speedy recovery from an eye injury suffered in the game V Naomh Mearnog.Despite a valiant effort U10's lost out in a tough battle away to Naomh Mearnog.U9's defeated Fingallians and lost to St. Vincents.Adult players award night takes place on Monday March 16th, all are welcome to attend. Tyrrelstown GAA
Training continues on Saturday morning at 10am at Belgree pitch in Tyrrelstown. Well done to the club on a great showing on TG4 last Sunday the 8th of March and too remind everyone that the repeat of this show will be shown on TG4 on Friday 13th March on TG4 at 9pm. Tyrrelstown GAA are running an Easter camp and details are to follow.

Garristown
Under 10 s were only team in action last weekend and they came from 10 points down at half time to beat a good Howth team in Howth. Congratulations to all concerned.
1st team play St Finians this (Tuesday) evening in Garristown in the Cup and Naomh Barrog next Sunday morning in Kilbarrick in the League.
Adult Male Training continues for all players every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm. Ladies training on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Juvenile training Tuesday evenings at 6pm in the Clubhouse.
Lotto draw is switching to Monday nights from now on, so last night s results will be published in next week s paper.

Junior Hurlers captured the Junior A Hurling Champo with a brilliant display against Naomh Barrog. A tremendous effort from all involved & especially sweet for the elder states men of the team. Congrats to Eoin Kennedy who advanced to the All-Ireland 40 by 20 Final after a tough Semi-Final against Michael Gregan. Best of luck this Sat in the Final vs Paul Brady. Well done Paddy Andrews, Gavin McIntyre, Sean Murray & Dublin U21's who beat Meath on Sat. Leinster Semi-Final on Saturday March 21st vs Westmeath in Parnell Pk. Well done to Barry, Declan, Kevin & Paddy on their win over Donegal on Sun. Senior 1 & 2 Footballers had good cup wins against St Annes & Clontarf. Inter 1 & 2 Footballers also had cup win's over St Finians(N) & Round Towers(L). Minor Footballers beat St Slyvesters. U16 footballers lost by a point. Plenty of action in this Sunday. Senior Footballers open their league campaign at 11 vs St Vincents. Senior 2's face Cuala/St Peregerines at 12.30. Inter 2 Footballers face Round Towers(L) at 12.30. Minor Hurlers face Plunketts at 11. All of these games are in Russell Pk. Inter 2 Footballers travel to Finglas at 11 to play Erins Isle. Junior 4's face St Peregerines at 12.30 in Blakestown. Club bar opens at 5pm on St Patricks Day. Live Music & great craic to be had. Club Lotto takes place this Thursday in The Vineyard with a Jackpot of E7600.

Good start to juvenile hurling leagues with wins in Division 1 for U13 v. Lucan, U14 v. St Sylvesters and U15 v. Whitehall Colmcille.
Congrats to Andrew O'Flaherty on bronze medal in All-Ireland athletics.

The Club Lotto numbers for this week were 8,20,27 and 36. There were no jackpot winners. Next week's jackpot is eu1120. eu20 winners were Jimmy Ennis, James Thornton, Gary Rogers and May & Gavin. Cup results from the weekend: inter's beat st finians 2-8 to 0-7, A's lost to Skerries while the B's beat Isles 2-10 to 0-8. Inters are at home to Garda in first league match this Sunday morning at 11am, all are encouraged to come up and support the lads. Well done to u-8 and u-9's on great wins the weekend, but hard luck to u-12's who played great despite narrow loss. Well done to all involved in the u-16 girls blitz. Juvenile registration now due, please contact Damien Duffy. Good win for Thomas Ashe u-16's vs Clann Mhuire in a challenge match. U-15 and 16's have league matches this weekend, see notice boards for further details. No winner of this weeks lotto, numbers were 5, 10, 21 and 22. Fingallians
There were wins this weekend in Football for U10, U11, U12B & Junior 7. In Hurling the U13 were victorious. The Awards Night will kick off on Saturday 14th @ 7.30pm with a champagne reception in the members bar. Any remaining tickets are now available from the bar or from Stephanie Richard:
[email protected] To facilitate the big night the Seniors will now play their first league game against Fingal Ravens on Friday night 13th in Garretstown at 8.00pm. The Junior 7 league game was also changed to Saturday afternoon @ 1pm v St Sylvesters in Balheary. The dates for the Easter Camp are 6th - 9th April. Further information is available from the club each Saturday morning. Last weeks Lotto numbers were 10, 12, 13, 19 & 20.
Castleknock
Castleknock's Annual Spring Ball is being held in the Castleknock Hotel & Country Club on Sat 21st March. On a wet and cold weekend in Porterstown the Minor A footballers fought out a hard earned 0-7 to 0-6 victory over Templeogue Synge Street in the second round of MFL 3 South. The Minor B footballers were unlucky to lose by one point to St James Gaels in Division 5, final score was 3-7 to 3-8. The Adult A footballers continued unbeaten in the Conlon Cup, beating neighbours St Peregrines 1-6 to 0-6 in St Catherines Park. The Adult B footballers also kept their hopes of silverware alive by beating Geraldine Morans 3-6 to 6-12 in Cornelscourt. Well done to all.
Erin go Bragh
Erin Go Bragh would like to invite any boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 12 to our Easter Camp 2009. Children will receive expert coaching in Football & Hurling in a fun and safe environment. The camp will run from Monday 6th April to Thursday 9th April between 10am and 1:30pm. Please contact Michael Ahern on 086 792 1125 for more information. Scoil Ui Chonaill
There was an exciting draw for the adult hurlers and the minors won comfortably this weekend. Don t forget that Monday the 16th is Irish night in the club so please come down and enjoy an caint, an craic agus an ceol. The Easter camp will be from Monday the 6th to Thursday the 9th April inclusive, cost 60 euros. There will be two camps. Camp One is for the five to ten year olds and there will be a separate skills speed and agility camp for the 11 s plus. Congratulations to Seaghain O Foghl' and the pupils from Scoil Neasain for their win in the Coolock Artane Credit Union National School Quiz. They have now qualified for the national final. Don t forget our under 21 footballers are playing in the semi final of the championship next Saturday at 3p.m.. We urge all members to make a point of supporting the lads in this very important match
