Ferry Fit Challenge 2017 - OK folks, the committee are ready to roll and we hope you are ready to commit to FFC 17. The committee are looking to build on the success of last year, and with help, advice and the support of everyone on ferry fit put you on the track to a fitter, healthier lifestyle. Enjoy the summer and especially Gala Week and get ready for Ferry Fit. There will be 2 Registration nights. Note these dates - Tuesday 1st August 7pm- 8.30pm. Doors will close at 8.30pm sharp. Thursday 3rd August 7pm to 8.30pm. Registration forms are only available on these nights. We are keen to keep our registration costs the same as last year so it will still be £10. And we have agreed to extend for 1 extra week, so we will have 9 weigh ins and 8 Challenges. FFC 17 will run from Tuesday 5th September (weigh in 1) & finish on Tuesday 31st October. We would like to thank you again for the support in 2016 so we hope to see new and familiar faces at registration.  Keep watching this page for more info.

Paudraig Sweeney Memorial Tournament - it was great to have this tournament back this year. Massive thanks to Cushendall and Craobh Rua for making the long journeys to compete, best wishes for the rest of the season. All the matches were close and competitive, with Cushendall the eventual winners, beating Portaferry in the final. John McAlister picked up the Player of the Tournament, selected by Martin Sweeney. Thanks to the Sweeney family for allowing us to run this tournament. Thanks to Mick Blair for refereeing and to the parents for sorting out the refreshments and food for the teams and crowd.

Thank you - to all those who attended the Primary school Disco and Sports Day over the past week. A massive thanks to all those who helped in any capacity. The time and effort you give to our club is brilliant. Thanks to Jennifer Mason for the photos on Facebook.

First Aider - the Reserve Hurling Management, Grassy and Danny Boon, are looking for someone who would be qualified to help out and do the first aid on match days. This will be for the Antrim Reserve Cup and the Intermediate Championship. If interested please help out and get in touch with Grassy. Thank you.
