Toye back in Donegal fold
September 30, 2013

Donegal's Christy Toye
Christy Toye has been included in Donegal's extended winter training panel by Jim McGuinness.
Toye - who missed the entire 2012 season because of illness - attended a squad get-together in Letterkenny last Saturday.
Toye's last appearance in the county jersey was as a substitute in the 2012 All-Ireland final win over Mayo.
There were also recalls for Ciaran Bonner, Leon Thompson, Antoin McFadden, Thomas McKinley and Conor Classon.
Newcomers at the meeting included Hugh McFadden, Stephen McLaughlin and Darach O'Connor while Ryan Bradley and Ross Wherity were both absent having emigrated in recent weeks.
The Donegal News reports that manager McGuinness has not given hope on both players making a return for the New Year.
Meanwhile, Saturday was the first chance for the panel to meet the new backroom team of Damian Diver, Paul McGonigle and John Duffy as they begin their preparations for the new season.
