Anthony's days of managing are behind him, He would have stayed on with St Brigids this year if he was able to commit.

If Joyce does go will Graham, Galligan and Lynda Duffy go with him?

I'm not saying he'd be the right man for the job, but what about Pep Guardiola? At least sound him out while he's doing the Cúl Camp in Maigh Cuilinn?

The alternative would be to do a Kilkenny and pack it in altogether. Focus on what we're good at... the Races, the Arts Festival. We're not a serious footballing county.

If a position arises he has to be high on the list. I cannot see him spending another year in Div 4, but perhaps he can do more with Leitrim than many believe. Just look at Wicklow to see what a good manager can do in a short time.

PJ needs to kindly move on. New voice needed. 7 years at the helm of a generational team and he can't deliver and won't if he stays. He has to go. Thanks very much for the service but he's had more than enough time and now it's time to go and allow someone else a shot with this group. Fans ready to vote with their feet at this stage.

People can throw out all the names they want and say he's the man. There is no 'the man'. Every manager has potential issues. The truth is we won't know until the person is in the job.
I do believe we need a change for a number of reasons. We need to pick who we think is the best candidate and even at that there are absolutely no guarantees. The current group looks like it has another couple of years at that level and we need to give them the best chance possible.
A new manager won't fix all of our ills either. There's a lot to be done in Galway football to address the pipeline of players coming through. I feel we've fallen quite a bit behind over the past number of years.
Joyce inherited a strong group coming into their prime, but after the U20 team of 2020, there doesn't seem to be a huge amount coming through.
People are working hard no doubt, but we need to benchmark ourselves against the likes of Kerry and Tyrone underage. The quality of young footballer they're producing looks to be at a higher standard. It's to be seen at development squad and minor level.
I've said it before, but I don't think we have the mentality as a county that absolutely needs to win. That can be changed, but it takes a massive effort and almost needs a bit of ruthlessness. We've seen it done in Limerick hurling. If we're happy getting to finals every now and then, we'll continue to see more of the same.

Galway city second level schools are a wasteland for GAA, which was the case in Limerick city 15 years ago and totally dominated by rugby

Limerick city schools are now producing a high percentage of Limericks hurlers, while Munster Rugby is in demise.
