Replying To BarneyGrant:  "They might fix it for Saturday just to rub nose in it!"
Barney, I am hearing a crowd of close to 40,000 is expected for the Leinster Hurling Final this Sat.

Hopefully Dubs fans turn out in big numbers to support our team. Not often we get to a Leinster Hurling Final.

Although, with the way things are going, the same could be said of our footballers in the coming years… :o(

Clubs seem to be really buying into the ticket scheme for kids. Great idea.

I'd say 40,000 maybe more. They have caught the imagination and hopefully turn in a big performance regardless of a win or not.

The nerves and excitement already kicking in Barney.

I really just hope we play to the best of our ability.
We can't ask for more than that.

These days don't come along that often.
This is only our 6th Leinster Senior Hurling Final in the last 35 years, and we have only won 1 in 65 years - an rud a bhíonn annamh is iontach..!

Our Hurlers deserve a big crowd cheering them on…!

Donegal v Cork, Kildare v Kerry and Cavan v Dublin are the only 3 games that won't be televised…

Replying To Fionn:  "Injuries are a real issue this year, for this average Dublin squad.

Not sure what the Dublin management are going to do about the goalkeeping position….!!!

Playing away from Croke Park is actually a good thing for the Dublin footballers these days. And I think it is actually better for us to now play outside of HQ."
Looks like EF is on the same wavelength.

So much for playing in Croke Park being a massive advantage for the Dublin Footballers eh.
;o)
