Willie Carley-Paul, Shane and PJ and now Darragh are three generations too. Willie was also the Byrne's maternal grandfather.

@elgransenor - John Nolan of GOH was our regular goalkeeper for much of the 1980s. I've always believed he was son of the Pat Nolan (GOH) goalkeeper. But I could be wrong...

Thats not true. Darragh O'Donovan is 5'11, Sean Finn is 5'10, Mike Casey is 5'10, Shane O'Brien is only around 6' as well, but very strong.

We have a good few players in and around 6 foot, but agreed we are probably the shortest top 9 or 10 intercounty team on average.
