Not at all I find it interesting how the mainstream media pick and choose the teams to hype. Galway is an obvious and easy one because of Joyces profile. When you throw in 1 or 2 star performers like Walsh and Comer then its easy to portray the overall squad as stronger than it is.

Well it's not rocket science to think that a team which has appeared in 2 of the last 4 finals might be considered contenders.

Lad, you're from Donegal. The most hyped-up football team in the country when Jimmy McGuiness is in charge.

Jim1991 isn't from Donegal. They never post on our forum. They've been asked a number of times not to claim to be from our proud county. It is most likely the poster from Mayo who posts on numerous threads under a number of different names.

Sorry couldn't resist. Is this now policy that if you have an embarrassing poster from your county they are automatically from Mayo? Easy target I guess.

Agreed. Definitely not from Donegal. What this character knows about Donegal football, would fit on the back of a postage stamp. Only posts about one topic in particular and pops up in different incarnations.

Lol as others said so you have an embaressing poster so they must be from mayo? . This Donegal one has slagged off mayo in the past to so they are 100% not from mayo. You need to get a grip.

I'm fairness Mayogaablog is unique amongst the gaa community. There's 32 counties and yet there's nothing remotely close to what you'll see on there from any other county. So it's kind of natural to assume that the more wacky and unhinged opinions may come from that county or community because that's the main evidence we've been presented with
