I am 100% for Northern Ireland when they play, even if the game itself is a hard watch. suckvalleypaddy (Galway) - Posts: 1769 - 15/11/2025 16:39:05 2644583 Link 0 |

Same here. I was just delighted to see that Heimer got to poke people like Dunphy in the eye.

I for one don't want them to merge because the first thing that will happen is the tricolour will disappear and so will the anthem, we'll be left with...Ireland's call...shudder. No thanks a lot

Northern Ireland play nice decent passing football.....missing a good reliable keeper and regular goalscorer upfront!

Agreed. The Manager's post match reaction was classy. He could have put Tony O'Donoghue back in his box big time but just made one quip about 'so you keep reminding me'. Hopefully they win on Sunday. slayer (Limerick) - Posts: 6627 - 15/11/2025 18:02:14 2644607 Link 2 |

Lads here seem to be getting Irish soccer backwards on here. The IFA are still administering the game in the North. And are still called the Irish Football Association. The FAI broke away, not the other way around. Viking66 (Wexford) - Posts: 17517 - 15/11/2025 21:14:35 2644640 Link 0 |
