Word got through our lads playing b side so backed Meath, Galway and Derry. 8,260 winnings if all come good.

Terrible from Kerry. Meath have beaten two of the top 7 from Division 1. Was saying a few weeks ago that there are some teams outside the top 7 who can cause the top 7 problems on their day. Two wins against the top 7 is definitely something to take note of. Whatever happens Meath in the final 8, there will be strong expectation that they'll get promoted to Division 1 next year.

Anyone that says that Kerry had no desire to win the game this afternoon are disillusioned. Kerry the perennial Munster championship winners were always guaranteed a quarter final berth with minimum matches and thus only needed to get the fitness levels up for the later part of the season. I'd say they thought today would be an easy one. Kerry s probably never been tested until today and you could tell by the body language of Jack O Connor afterwards that he was not in good humour.

Wouldn't it be some craic if Down and Cavan win Sunday assuming Mayo beat Donegal.......that would leave Meath, Down,Cavan and Armagh as Group winners and into the Quarter Finals. That would be lovely!

Not their fault the draw have and meath not and team can blame easy draws win or loosing beat whoever in front you dubs going well why obsessed with Kerry shouldn't be worried about them if you are dub as they are struggling or why are you

Their tackling was non existent. No aggression ir drive. They can fix that.
Meath kicked some beauts today.

It's a very open championship…anyone who thinks they can predict a winner at this stage is talking through their hat. It's actually great to watch because with the new rules the games are so unpredictable.

A b Side with the best player in the country ;)

Keep in mind Meath were missing 4 starters today also. Ronan Jones, James Conlon, Jack Flynn and our best player Matthew Costello.

Hopefully then Galway draw Kerry tomorrow morning in the preliminary quarter final. That would be lovelier......

I'd love to see Kerry and Donegal go at it! Who'd wear the green and yallow, though?
