Dubs nearly back to 2025 full strength for the Derry game. Only Collie missing what what I can see.

Clucko
McMahon Theo Davy Byrne
Howard J.Small Gavin
POCB McGinnis
CK Bugler Scully
P.Small Lorcan Cormac

Subs
Evan, Luke, Nathan, Lee, Tom, Greg, Ross, Murch, Cian, King Con, EOD

Cant see Gavin starting tbh, think Lee will, and that midfield is still very weak.
I think Tom Lahiff will start in place of Killian.

Great to see Murch back.

Looking forward to the trip to Newry tomorrow.

Yeah really encouraging squad I have to say and even if fit I'm not sure Collie would have got more than a few mins on Saturday given previous performances. I think Gavin will lose out for same reason and Lee to come in. A few more options now for Dessie which is great and hopefully Con is back full fit and perhaps can even start but at least play some part.

Big performance needed and looking forward to the trip up.

Anyone know what the craic is with James Madden, is he just not making the panel?

I had high hopes for him!

He's injured at the moment and hasn't togged for Boden for a good while either. A good prospect but I'd say it'll take him another good while to get to the pitch of intercounty.

Should be a big crowd of Dubs up in Newry for Dublins last game of the season.

Cheers TrueBlue, hopefully he'll get there.

I don't think so forever,

Unless he's one of the 2x reserves, 27, 28,?

Good man Royal! Let it all out! 15 years or so of pent up anger is not good for you! Tell me did it feel good when you hit the "Post Message' button?

Was it 2009 the last time Dublin exited Champo before Meath?

That's right 2009, but i live in the present and what's happening now is more important then the past, safe journey up to Newry as like I said it will probably be your last of 2025.

Good grief! You "live in the present" do you? I regularly read the Meath forum! I note you haven't posted on the Meath v Kerry game! You appear to be more interested in Dublins exit rather than your own teams exploits? School yard stuff! For a man that claims to live in the present the past appears to be really getting to you!

Another good away win.

Maybe we should play more games outside Croke Park, just a thought.

Just home from a wet Newry.

Delighted with that result.

We played very well for most part in terrible conditions.

Great to have Lee back - he showed his class despite missing a couple of shots.
As for CON - top scored from play. What an influence he has on this team.

We had 9 different scorers including the evergreen Clucko, whose kickouts were excellent today.

A game in Croker next weekend will hopefully keep the momentum going.

Our players returning from injury has definitely strengthened the match day squad.

A word too for POCB - well played dude.
Hopefully he can kick on now and develop into the midfielder we all hoped originally hoped he would be.
I tip my hat to you..!

Without going on about it again - this 50m penalty is far too harsh in a lot of cases and giving a team an easy 2pts.
And the same for the new mark rule. I would bin both of them to be honest.

Anyway, the Dubs live to fight another day, thankfully...... roll on next weekend.

Great to see our Hurlers win today with a sizeable score of 3-25 t0 0-13 v Kildare.

9 different scorers but next week is a very different kettle of fish.

We have the unenviable task of taking on a wounded Limerick team.....
Ouch... ;o(

Hopefully Danny returns, we will need his class v such a formidable opponent.

We live in hope rather than expectation. A lot of trepidation in fact.

But it will be good to see where we are at versus such a great team like Limerick.

Hopefully there is not a clash with the footballers, and we can all go to both games...

Looking at Group 1 - Donegal, Mayo or Tyrone, dont fancy meeting any of them next week....

All to play for in that group, and who knows, maybe Cavan will have a thing or two to say about the final standings....

With the quick turnaround, any team with a few injuries, might struggle from here on in.
Such is the intensity with this new format and condensed season.

Really hope we can stay injury free from here to the end of our campaign. Fingers crossed....

Pointless exercise in Newbridge.

Unfair to Kildare, nó benefit to Dublin anda couple of new injuries.

No benefit facing Limerick for sure.
