also meath i tink need a new midfielder with mark ward!. . is barry regan the right choice?
i tink so. . meath need that type of midfielder that would be runnin up and down from one lenght of the pitch to the other. . he'z maybe the man to fill the job. a man like sean cavanagh or shane ryan. thats the type of midfielder we need. not 2 big huge men who can cath balls! regan would be an extra edition to the forwards and the backs helping out!!

anyone favour on this?

its was when mcgill was wswitched over onto ciaran lyng that forde did his damage but i totally agree that we need a dominant midfielder to control the area has been absent in meath teams since mcdermot went and is it any concidence that it is since den meath hav struggled i tin not

i dont think this is the strongest lineup but i like the way graham reilly plays, he's like a more attacking peadar byrne.whats the point of having bray inside when he can score just as well from the half forwards an has unbelievable vision which will improve the vastly skillfull full-forward line.Dont know bout reilly full back, but he should definitely be given a chance

The one consistent name on those team sheets is Murphy, and he's now gone! No point predicting a Championship team this early. There will always be a couple of injuries and one or 2 newbies on the team.
