Don't think i've heard of him. Is he from Ashbourne? Has he managed many teams up till now?

That's all I know for definite. I assume some clubs have the same manager as last year and there won't be an announcement of management teams.

Leo Turley is the former Laois player and managed blackhall to the keegan cup in 2003 and then had a second spell with them for the last two years!!

leo Turley is a great appointment for Ashbourne a little less high profile then last two managers but a believe this team are on the brink of winning senior championship and he can get them there also i cant believe how little is being said about Eamon Barry going to Ratoath this is a serious coup for them he must really see the potential in this team they do have great tallent but this is a real endorsement for them

Fair play to Turley. You'd have to expect that there was serious interest in them. As regards Barry and Ratoath, does this rule him out for Coaching Officer position on the County Board now? Canny move by Barry and Ratoath. The Intermediate championship is wide open as ever.
