Meath fifteen versus Dublin?

Yeh, seemingly meath sent three people up to look at Kildare training several times before our match, but they were wearing Kildare tops. They must of been found out because before the Cavan game McGeeney had security at the trainings.

I don't see gilsenan playing much of a part in Sundays game . His injury came at the wrong time didn't look match fit against carlow so hard to see him getting any game time on Sunday . He's probably now behind Byrne , Bray , Queeney that will start or come on before him

I see Mickey Burke did an interview this morning, must not be a blanket media ban so. Nice to see a quiet build up so far.

I think all those interviews were done nearly 2 weeks ago, they are just publishing them this week!

it really shows that graham reilly is such a good player that everytime we play a team that they have to come up with a specific plan to stop him and so far it hasnt worked hopefully this thing with starting macauley in full forward line wont work either.

Dublin team............
1 Cluxton
2 Fitzsimons
3 O'Carroll
4 McMahon
5 McCarthy
6 Nolan
7 O'Sullivan
8 Fennell
9 Bastick
10 Flynn
11 A.Brogan
12 Cullen
13 B.Brogan
14 McAuley
15 McMannamon

I don't see McAuley starting at full forward but maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing if he did.

Meath team will probably be named this evening. The only change I can see is Kevin Reilly coming in with Bray just missing out on a place.

They should probably name the team like that in any event and not reveal any more than would be expected. With possibly one other change before throw in.

I am very pleased with that team as it is the form starting 15 that we could have picked. Cian Ward cannot have any complaints about being dropped as he has been struggling for confidence for a long time now and has got numerous chances to prove his worth and hasn't done it. We have a very strong hand to play on the bench also with Peader Byrne, Cian Ward, Jamie Queeney and Eoghan Harrington all brilliant options to have. Peader will without a doubt be first sub in.

im happy with that, its the team i would have picked,id love to see us play a 3 man full forward line with bray in the corner but i dont think banty will change now.even if we can break even at midfield i think we can win.roll on sunday

bob i wouldnt change the 2 man system just yet , it seems to be working, if we went back to 3 man we could easily get hammered,
heard something interesting, that the team named will not be one starting, how accurate this is i dont know, but seemingly ward will start and bray will be on bench and meade wont start either, now the guy who said this has a tendency to go over the top, but also he told me before wicklow game that reilly was in mid field so hard to know

Interesting story royaldunne. Who would start if Meade was dropped?

Dissapointed that ward has been benched , lot of pressure on bray now ,considering he hasnt started in a while. ward is a play maker and has been doing very well so far.hope banty has the cop on tho make the nessesary changes without haste ,this will be the deciding factor for us.understanding (like the kildare game) when its time to make the changes.

Burke had a great game against Kildare at wing back I don't like him playing in the corner .Harrington is a way better corner back . If Royaldunne is correct maybe harrington might start in the corner with Burke on the wing and Menton in midfield .

yeah im not too sure about burke starting in the corner, the only reason i could think of for this happening would maybe be because he is going to actually mark mcauley and then with everyone expecting macauley to move out burke would follow him out and mark him out the field, instead of kevin or keogan having to go out.
