I have to say its good to see the county team doing well but the Minor Club Championship has been abused and the minor club players have been treated with no respect. The minor league finished 4 months ago and the fact they haven't played any championship games since then is a disgrace. How they think they can play off the minor championship now is behond me as the adult club championships aren't even in the knockout stages yet, the U17 leagues have to be played, and the U21 Championship have to be played. Its a mess and I blame the Meath Minor county board and Meath Minor management.

big joe is that not because of the leaving cert more so than the miners digging out a decent championship run?

I'm going to go to this and get a hill 16 ticket on the day. No point paying 40 for the game. i presume a hill ticket is 25?

just checked RD it's €25 for the hill. hopefully a minor win for the royals. it will be a chance to see the standard this meath team needs to reach if we plan on contending for titles anytime soon.
