I'm looking forward to the double header this sunday. In the first game i can see O'Mahonys shading it by 2 or 3 points if Forde is on top form and i can see a Tones win in the second match, they've done the business this year and after looking through this forum it seems nobody gave them a chance at all this year.

I didn't know harrington was injured now, even still if Tones get Niall McLoughlin and their midfielder Corrigan playing well they should do the business although it takes a lot to stop the Sheridans.

Is it not possible that if Eoghan Harrington was taken off in hurling game that it might have been precautionary. Id imagine it's a tough task to keep dual players fit and healthy at this time of year. Eoghan would be a huge loss to any team but you also have to remember the tones have Stephen Sheppard, Niall an Ciaran McLoughlin,Alan Callaghan, Corrigan, McGrath, fox, wards, do I need to go on. This team is built the unit not individuals. S'town is a big game and hard ask but always remember this tones team have all the bottle to match football. Expect a tight game but a tones victory.

Tones also have the two Cole twins, 2 players that don't get enough credit i think. The boxer Blaney has also impressed for them this year, for me they just have a stronger squad then Seneschalstown who rely on the Sheridans too much.

Looking forward to today's matches. I think the ashbourne-navan match will be a cracker with navan winning a close one.
