ratoath were missing up to 5 starting players ageinst walterstown and were ageinst a walterstown team that had a full team for once and when they played moynalvey they were missing 4 or 5 of there best players and ratoath should of one by alot more as they let 2 bad goals in at the end...ratoaths minor to loose bejerzus (Meath) - Posts: 5 - 02/09/2011 13:58:44 1025491 Link 0 |
john moore...neither of late goals were mix ups...the first one Ruairi O Dowd rounded the full back and then coolly rounded keeper...the second one was fisted to the net which was a fifty/fifty ball between the forward and keeper..that is not a mix up. the first goal for Ratoath in first half was a mix up between the walterstown defender and keeper. in the last minute of the game the ref pulled back walterstown and gave them free when they had man inside on his own..Ref should have given advantage. expert7 (Meath) - Posts: 24 - 02/09/2011 14:00:43 1025494 Link 0 |

Dunboyne very convincingly beat Clann Na Gael, which sets them up for a very interesting tie against Moynalvey in the next round Meathgaa18 (Meath) - Posts: 27 - 02/09/2011 18:26:03 1025754 Link 0 |
skyrne all the way in division 2 !!! they are unbeaten in it so far and have played impressively in ther 2 games which wer tight afairs ! they have excellent defenders such as harry rooney, conor whelan and niall lenehan whp have allkept opposing forwards quiet !!also they have great quick forwards like paul mcgoldrick and conor o brien !! i can see them beatin summerhill by about 5points and win the final quiet comfortably !!! apope (Meath) - Posts: 119 - 03/09/2011 14:10:16 1026068 Link 0 |
Curraha for division 3. They are physically one of the best teams that i have seen in a long time and they can all kick the ball very far !! Its a great asset to have as they can shoot from further than the 50 which counter-acts some teams like blackfort gaels blanket defence !! also they are very flexible and can touch their toes at least when stretching !! aomf (Meath) - Posts: 17 - 07/09/2011 14:25:36 1029141 Link 0 |

Dont know about that I was down that way and some of them could not touch their toes without bending their knees this is a very bad and does not bode well for the future glenny (Meath) - Posts: 1119 - 07/09/2011 14:54:05 1029163 Link 0 |

Trim had a good win over Dunshaughlin, 2-12 to 1-6. It was a tough encounter. A penalty in injury time put a gloss on the scoreboard but Trim were worth their win Loinne (Meath) - Posts: 61 - 11/09/2011 19:05:41 1031884 Link 0 |
Trim await Skyrne or Summerhill in Division 2 Final. Hard to call Skyrne doing well under Mick ODowd but Summerhill have a good side. Skyrne had no one on Minor panel Summerhill had 2 Lyons and Dardis. If Dardis is injured then Summerhill might be found wanting. Skyrne to spring a mild suprise. glenny (Meath) - Posts: 1119 - 14/09/2011 16:31:15 1034483 Link 0 |
Trim await skryne in the div 2 minor championship final. Skryne had a great win over summerhill today, was a close game, Summerhill looked the better team in the first half but the skryne defence were immense and summerhill relied heavily on frees for scores. Will be an interesting final but trim are a one man show and if skryne can keep young Toher quiet then Trim will struggle for scores, Skryne to win by 4 id say. len_10 (Meath) - Posts: 9 - 17/09/2011 21:15:14 1036971 Link 0 |
