if simonstown dont win every game by at least 20 points, we may scrap minor football in the county all together

Great win in Div2 for Skryne over Clonard tonight, very entertaining game of football which could have gone either way but skryne just about held on to win by 2 points in a well deserved victory.

Skryne beat Clonard by a point last kick of the game. Good game both teams missed goal chances near the end. Skryne were very lucky with the last free to win it still dont know what it was for. Skryne have some good forwards bt dont tink theyl go much further.

Skryne now have to play Trim (Who they beat well U16 two years ago) and St.Finians (who they beat well in the minor league) So bob29 I dont see how you can say they wont go much further?! They've as much a chance now as anyone! Skryne came back from being a fair few points behind and worked hard to come out on top irrelevant of the referees decision...They were also missing a couple of players from the usual 15..This is the only team I can see putting it up to Summerhill

Draw for second is not till Monday so skyrne won't know till then who they play. Good win for them though.
