Walterstown could be close if they got a full fit team 2 pick from ... Dunderry will win Div3 ... Between St.Pats nd Nobber for Div4 .. lowchiefsmall (Meath) - Posts: 7 - 30/05/2011 11:56:36 943256 Link 0 |
I'd say simonstown will win it. They have a good team already but when they get Burke, Coughlan, O'mahony and Sheridan back they will be even better johnjoe_meath (Meath) - Posts: 5 - 30/05/2011 15:43:09 943564 Link 0 |
I fancy Ratoath to do the business. Altough they had a poor league campaign, they were missing the best forward in the county in Bryan Mc Mahon and with Collie Mc Cullagh coming back to fitness they will be a force to be reckoned with. ratlag (Meath) - Posts: 585 - 30/05/2011 17:04:15 943663 Link 0 |
See the draws are out, big game between ratoath and simonstown in first round. Don/ash and dunboyne looks a good game too. Navan get the soft draw, and walterstown will be happy too. doseire (Meath) - Posts: 35 - 03/06/2011 12:34:16 946803 Link 0 |

Some interesting draws in Div 2 aswel with Trim v St Finians and Skyrne v Clonard. Two tough games to call wat does anyone think 1loyalroyal (Meath) - Posts: 61 - 03/06/2011 13:33:16 946876 Link 0 |
Don't know, I think gap between div 1 league and div 2 league is too big. Teams coming up don't tend to do well in championship. doseire (Meath) - Posts: 35 - 03/06/2011 16:09:10 947072 Link 0 |
There may be a considerable gap between div 1 and div 2, but some teams should never have been in div 2. For intance moynalvey have 4 meath minors and cruised through the division 2 final, they will be well capable of competing in div 1 championship CastleBravo (Meath) - Posts: 1686 - 03/06/2011 16:28:28 947091 Link 0 |

Clonard will tear Skryne apart and lowchiefsmall Pats and Nobber arent even in Division 4! JulianstownBoyo (Meath) - Posts: 196 - 06/06/2011 14:32:59 948698 Link 0 |

I wouldnt say Clonard are strong. More so that Skryne are a very weak team JulianstownBoyo (Meath) - Posts: 196 - 07/06/2011 15:02:06 949654 Link 0 |
Skryne started off slowely in the league but once they found their feet they played some good football. Clonard will rely on 3 or 4 players like darren mcnevin and adam flanagan to do most their work and shouldnt be any match for skryne. len_10 (Meath) - Posts: 9 - 07/06/2011 17:25:39 949842 Link 0 |

actually as a matter of fact i have played against thats skryne team recently JulianstownBoyo (Meath) - Posts: 196 - 08/06/2011 13:05:18 950415 Link 0 |
JulianstownBoyo that skryne team only lost to Moynalvey by 8 points in their semi final despite skryne missing their 2 midfielders and their full back as they were playing in a leinster final for Navan RFC on the same day so I would fancy skryne to come out on top by 6 or 7 points at least. len_10 (Meath) - Posts: 9 - 08/06/2011 17:15:53 950829 Link 0 |
