As a die hard Meathfan and have never missed a Meath match in the last three yra. i'm ashamed the way the teams performance has panned out over the last 6 matches. I have to admit that it will be Tyrone who will beat Meath on their home ground in Navan

Graham Geraghty's improvised goal that won it for us a few years back is still one of our most memorable goals at HQ. We took Peadar Byrne off at half time as he looked as if he might get sent off. Brought on Seamus Kenny and just about held out. Tyrone didn't bring their shooting boots that day, despite a great first half goal from Sean Cavanagh (I think).

Hmmmmm it is a tight game but lets hope Meath hold it together and scrap through with a win. 35 minutes of important football lads DO NOT MAKE A MESS OF IT AS USUAL!!!

Brilliant win, should go from strength to strength now. I know that's a little optimistic but I'm a bit tired of all the negativity, so what the hell. UP THE ROYALS.

well done lads huge relief that we avoided relegation but also alot of character was shown to pull it out of the fire when the goal went in. cindy and brian meade played some serious stuff in the middle so credit where credit is due. an mhi abu here's hopin for a long hot summer

Great to see the lads put up a decent score.
I'm delighted we've retained our division 2 status.
BUT we seriously dodged a bullet.
I'm hoping we move forward now with a positive attitude and everyone pulls together to get ready for what will more than likely be a huge game against Kildare.
Make no mistake, Tyrone came to win that game today, so it is an excellent result for us given our previous poor displays.
