It'd be great to see them go a bit retro, I love the 87 jersey. Once they don't give us the exact same jersey as Dublin with green and gold instead I don't mind.

Id say there'll be a launch on the pitch before the game & they will just wear them in both games saturday.
Not really a big thing & an add in the match program showing a close up of it will probably be as far as it goes!

ill probably buy it as i havent bought one in a few years but the bottom line is if your not happy with yet another jersey coming out then dont buy it.at the end of the day while its nice to see the colour in the stands at games the vocal support is more important

I agree completely with stamullenman.
It's tough on parents who may have forked out on a couple of jerseys last year and now may face the prospect of disappointing their kids but for the rest of us I don't see the big fuss.
If you like the jersey then buy it - I might like it and still not buy it but the most important thing is people making an effort to get to games and support the team.

Agree with the previous couple of posters.
The jersey is no use if lads are sitting at home wearing it when d game is on.
If it can be afforded, well & good, if not, the E60 will pay for attendance into 4 of d 5 remaining league games which would be better!

For the new Meath jesey think of the jersey worn in the first two drawn games with Dublin in 91 with O Reilly Transport the sponsers. Not too unlike. Not really one for the traditionalist who like to see Meath playing in a strong green shirt.

Absolutely rotten looking jersey - was it designed by a three year old with crayons and a piece of paper? Seems like the county board went for the cheapest design possible.
