Il be there anyway going through my usual match day routine = quinns first, then a few bottles in croker, then stumble onto a bus eireann bus with a hotdog promising faithfully to the driver that i won't glam it all over the seats and curtains (saldy i always break this promise but not intentionally). Then i should be back in the local within 30mins to finish myself off, life doesn't get any beter than that :-)

I completely agree with the OP - It's time to get up and support our county.

The support in Laois was awful, there was probably as many at the Westmeath match. It's a joke!

I remember when I started going to Meath matches we used to bring 30,000 to Croke Park. Just because the county isn't achieving the same level of success as we did back then doesn't mean you don't even bother to show up for the matches.

If only the supporters could have the same attitude as Peader Byrne!

Come on Meath people and support our team on Sunday in Pairc an Crocaigh, they deserve and need our support.
Yes the support in Portlaoise was poor, but it was good to see the crowd behind the goal so supportive. It reminded me of the great days we had on the Canal End before the development. So we wont have our captain, but let us do it for him and for us 'unrepentent Meath Supporters.

Them were the days. When we could fill Hill 16 in a semi final. Compare that crowd in 2001 with the crowd we got in the semi final 2 years ago.
Come on Meath people, get out and support your team!

We need to getr behind the lads tomorrow and give them our full support. I think we can get the win but it will take a mighty effort.

Come on you boys in green! Leave everything out there on the pitch in Croker tomorrow. It's 10:00 p.m. here in Detroit, and the match tomorrow is all I can think about. I'll be wishing I was there on the Hill with all of you!
