I can't emphasise enough how poor Louth are as we are being hammered by a very poor Laois team. Kildare will make bits of them in the semi-final.

On the basis of this game, the Carlow match and the other Leinster matches so far this year LEINSTER IS VERY VERY POOR and Kildare will exploit that weakness well.

Score is 1-13 - 0-06 to Laois at the moment after just over 15 minutes in the 2nd. All too predictable at the moment so nothing else to report. One way traffic for Laois. God help us in the qualifiers!!!

But that aside today's game is not so important in terms of overall development but there has been no development of Louth football in the last few years. We are going back ways and there is no sign of improvement in sight.

Your watchin a different match to me though. We dont look like world beaters but were not ''a very poor Laois team'' by any means: were moving the ball well & quick, Clancy dominating his area, Rooneys man subd as Darrens playing so well. Tierney causing trouble and great from frees and Bruno, OLoughlin and all the fullback line playing well & very organised. (Ah a great block there by Cathal Ryan just to illustrate my point)...

Talk all ya want about a poor Leinster, but were just bossing ye. We can only beat whats in front of us!! G'luck

All too predictably shocking.

When you have no proper underage development project in place, no passion in the players or desire to win Leinster titles, your county board are constantly in-fighting (i.e Drogheda V Dundalk) the worst county ground in the country and a joke of a training centre in Darver!!!

Is it any wonder we are struggling!
