This is another poorly disguised attempt at tranferring one's wish to have their buddy/sentimental favorite player/ free guinness for life club chum start at at full back or any other position at all cost ,even at expense of team club and rank and file supporter. I for one am grateful that this year, we have 3-4 options rather as opposed to having a player show up who is 5 -15 pounds overweight and out of shape for the past 5 or so years, secure in the knowledge that there is "no competition for my spot". That to me is highly inconsiderate the other 26 or so boys on the panel who busted their gut 4-5 times a week to "be the best they can be:
. Sorry for the brutal honesty but am replying here to a few recent posts trying to mind bend . Its a 70 minute game requiring full attention and focus and not an occasional swashbuckling dash every now and then on the popularity runway. No one "has to" play anywhere. It's all on the day and form in training, and being mndfiul of the opposition. Am happy to go along with John Kiely's pick for 1-15 s as well as his calls on who and when to substitute. , "right or wrong". Looking at the big picture he already has us in a good place this year , that is not to say we cannot and should not expect more.: Unfortunately we never know if it s the right call until we read the scoreboard at the end of the game. In the meantime, "In Kiely we Trust" : Come On ye Boys In Green"..." Another outrageous and disgraceful post by a disgraceful poster. This in Kiely we trust mantra will only last until he picks the player that you have a personal vendetta against.
Some of the stuff on here this week is beyond belief.

Any decent person would acknowledge their error and move on but you have continued to compound it and applied layer upon layer of waffle.
