i was at the lavey v gaels game as a lavey support and also to my son , i have to say i didnt witness any one get a broken ok it wasnt a great game but if anything it was lavey who needed a bit of manners..

I don't think we were missing 12. Of the team that has played on a regular basis this year we were short 7 regulars at most. That's why we won't win anything not enough strength in dept. Think Lavey down a lot more and still have good honest ,hardworking ,young players to call on. By all accounts the Gaels had only 2 points scored on them with 15 mins left in Lavey game ,and got a few dubious decision s to bring them back into it.Thats what I was told ,so maybe we are not so bad after all.Hopefully we get a ref that's strong enough to stand up to the Gaels on Sunday .

i see on the main page a carlow club suspended one of their players for something he done during a club game.. Surely Ballinagh will have to follow this and do the same after what happened at the weekend

Referees are going to have to bring at least 2 umpires with them.The amount of broken noses and jaws that's happened already this season and 2 teams seem to be responsible for them all. The county board are going to have to protect the players by insisting refs bring 2 with them .

Probably. The county board is determined to get all 18 league fixtures played ASAP

Not True about county players not being allowed to play with their clubs in re-fixed games. We got clarification on that and were told that we can play county players in refixed games unless there is another complete ban on that same weekend that the re-fixture is to be played.

As predicted the Gaels beat us. We did have Oisin playing but it wasn't enough. It's very disappointing to see how we are going. No passion. At one stage in second half it looked like we were going to make a fight of it but flopped in the final 10. I see our neighbour s won again. There down a few players as well but are able to put in performances .Think Denn are gone with that defeat to Ramor. Cucus had a good win also. It will get tight yet for that other team to go down.
