My tip is run at the Donegal defence at speed, if you don't get past, draw the foul ! Over the bar or penalty ! Against Donegal, attack is the best form of Defence ! but keep it tight at the back; no fouling please ... no fouling please ! Keep the head ! This team can do very well ! It's the best squad Cavan has out this year ! I think the subs will have a major impact on this game. Be positive, Donegal have their own problems. Breffni Abu !

Looking forward to the game on Sunday lads and I think it will be a real tough one to call. Cavan are obviously doing great groundwork with their underage and the fruits will soon be delivered for yous at Senior level.
I think the game will be won and lost in the middle third on Sunday and it will depend on the fitness of Neil Gallagher for Donegal. If he's fit I think we can break even and if we break even I think we'll just shade it by a point or two. Cavan have nothing to lose and youth will show no fear so Donegal will need to be at their best.
Cavan fans probably haven't seen Donegal play this year but we have played a different game all through the league and Mc Kenna Cup than we did last year. We're shipping way more scores than last year but also scoring more. If Cavan set up to play the Donegal team of 2011 then you could need a plan B!!
Good luck to you all on Sunday, let's hope for better weather than last year, both sides to finish with 15 men and overall a good game!!

Good panel thats a good start, not sure about the first 15 named in paper so hope to see a different 15 starting, use of the whole panel, reading the game well , making changes if necessary, this is a big test for Hyland and Forde, they have the players, the training is done now manage them right and give us a game to be proud of. Best of luck to you on Sunday and hopefully we can get a competitive enough game. Think we'll be the ones to pull through though. Althought it is a tough one to call especially since we are missing Murphy. But we managed without him lastyear so hopefully same can apply this year. We had a shaky enough league at times but pulled through when it mattered against Armagh anyway. I'll be interested to see how you play under new managment but still see us being too strong for you.
